Meghan Markle Is 'Happy' Her Post-Baby Body Sets 'A Realistic Example' For New Moms!

Meghan Markle provides a fresh take on most things she does compared to many stuffy royal traditions of the past, and her post-baby body is no exception!

After giving birth, it’s not always likely that your tummy snaps right back into place as your organs readjust, so many show a visible “mummy tummy,” and Archie Harrison‘s momma was no different at her first public appearance two days after his birth with Prince Harry by her side.

Now, as the little one approaches his three-month milestone, a source clues Us Weekly in (below) about Meg’s thoughts on her mom bod:

“It’s not easy to lose the weight, but she’s happy to be a realistic example for new mothers.”

Sis-in-law Kate Middleton also proudly showed her belly off after the birth of her first child Prince George six years ago:

As we previously reported, things seem to be going fairly well for the former Suits star at her home in Frogmore Cottage with her boys! An insider shared with Us Weekly:

“Meghan is adjusting to motherhood and is really happy. She really likes living in Windsor. It’s much less complicated to have friends visit and feels less claustrophobic than Kensington Palace.”

We’d love living there, too! The new parents have reportedly spared no expense with outfitting the 10-bedroom home with a whopping £50,000 (about $63,112) in soundproofing equipment, plus additional renovations.

Even though The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are living away from Kensington Palace, Kate and Meg are growing closer and closer thanks to the bond of motherhood!

Longtime royals author Robert Lacey told People:

“Coming from different backgrounds, I think, they have more the makings of a team than people imagined. And they have a common interest as partners to these two men who are so crucial to the monarchy, along with their children.”

However, despite all these positive strides in her life, the 37-year-old has been candid about her ongoing struggles to fit in. At the European premiere of The Lion King in London, Pharrell Williams gushed about his admiration for the new mom and dad’s union:

“Love is amazing. It’s beautiful. Don’t ever take that for granted, what it means in today’s climate. I wanted to tell you it’s so significant for so many of us. Seriously. It’s significant. We cheer you guys on.”
