While Kyle was attempting to take off in her black Range Rover on Friday night, she was approached by paparazzi, who asked her a bunch of questions about her current situation. Per a video obtained by Page Six, a videographer asked about the nature of her relationship with Morgan, to which she responded:

“We are very good friends.”

But that person wasn’t satisfied with her answer! When someone asked if the affair with the 28-year-old singer was “just a rumor,” she bluntly said, “Yes.” However, the paps weren’t backing down, questioning her about their matching tattoos. Pointing to her best friend and former co-star Teddi Mellencamp in the passenger seat, she replied:

“We have matching tattoos, too. [Wade’s] not the only one I have a matching tattoo with.”

When the news of Kyle’s marriage problems with her longtime husband, Mauricio Umansky, broke earlier this week, the rumor mill went wild about what happened between the couple!

The most unexpected speculation? Bravo fans began to question the 54-year-old reality star’s close friendship with the country music star. And the big question on everyone’s minds right now is: Was their relationship not platonic? Was the reason for the “rough year” in Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage because she was cheating on him with Morgan?! That’s what many fans believe — especially after all the evidence discovered over the past week!

Speculation about Kyle’s relationship with Morgan began when people noticed the two spent a lot of time with each other since last year. The If I Was Your Lover songstress even took the Halloween actress to the 2022 Americana Music Honors & Awards and other red-carpet events. They also were caught sporting matching rings and heart tattoos. These details, along with the fact that Kyle wasn’t posting about Mauricio as much anymore, had many fans thinking something was going on between them.

And RHOBH lovers weren’t the only ones suspicious about the relationship between Kyle and Morgan! Apparently, the 28-year-old artist’s ex-girlfriend was too! Speaking with Page Six on Thursday, Kady Cannon revealed that she also had “feelings” about Morgan’s friendship with Kyle while she and the singer were still an item!

She recalled to the outlet that she and the Wilder Days artist had a “private relationship” between November 2021 and August 2022. Although she wouldn’t share details about why they kept their romance under wraps, she was happy to spill the tea about the beginning of Morgan’s friendship with Kyle! The Temptation Island alum remembered that the Bravolebrity came into Morgan’s life around March of last year after she and “a group of girl friends” contacted the singer since they were “fans of her music.”

That’s when a strong bond formed between Kyle and Morgan! And Kady soon took notice of the super close relationship the duo “developed” afterward. As Page Six noted, it really “stuck out to her” at the time. The 30-year-old Kannon Marketing Agency founder refused to elaborate on her comment, noting that she has never met or talked with Kyle. However, Kady did mention that the news of the RHOBH star’s separation from Mauricio “actually” shocked her, adding:

“We’re dealing with somebody’s marriage here, and I don’t take that lightly. I don’t wanna add to anyone’s speculation or opinion one way or another. The only people who can speak on Morgan and Kyle’s relationship or friendship or whatever you wanna call it — and to whatever degree that is — are Morgan and Kyle, and that’s it.”

It seems unlikely we’ll hear any direct comments about an alleged affair from either of those involved. However, Kyle did insist in her and Mauricio’s statement on the divorce rumors that “there has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part.” A source for The Messenger also swore “there was no cheating” that resulted in the couple’s marriage troubles. They noted specifically:

“Kyle and Morgan are not together and have not hooked up. They are just friends. In regards to any rumors swirling, there has not been any cheating on either side.”

So these cheating rumors could very well be just that — whispers and innuendo! But innerestingly enough, Kady shared with Page Six that she and Morgan also got a tattoo together — not matching like Kyle and the musician’s ink, but still. She also pointed out that Morgan gave her a ring while they were dating. However, the ACM Awards nominee never wore one herself. Hmm…

As for the “K” tattoo fans spotted on Wade’s left arm? Kady was not about to “speak on” it since “she got that after” the exes were no longer “speaking” to each other. Speaking of her breakup with Morgan, the reality star said she ended the relationship – noting that “there were just a lot of things that didn’t add up”:

“I had to let go and move on without having all of those answers. There comes a point where you have to put yourself first and prioritize yourself and value your worth.”

Was the friendship with Kyle potentially the reason for the split?? Ultimately, Kady told she “made the right decision” with the breakup and has “nothing but positive things to say” about Morgan:

“I only want happiness for others. Everything happens for a reason, and everybody comes into your life for a reason. Whatever God had intended for us to learn from one another, you know, I think that it just ran its course.”

Country singer Morgan Wade had a huge role in their marriage woes… by being in a relationship with Kyle!!

The evidence? For those who don’t know, there were whispers that something was amiss in the television personalities’ relationship for a while after Kyle stopped posting about Mauricio on social media and acknowledging his Instagram tributes to her. She was also caught without her wedding ring at one point. But there was one person fans noticed popping up on her account a lot over the past year: Morgan.

Yikes! ANOTHER musician has been injured while performing on stage!

In the latest string of artists getting attacked by fans in the audience, Kelsea Ballerini was forced to stop her show in Boise, Idaho, on Wednesday night when she was struck in the face with a flying object.

In a video of the moment, the country artist can be seen singing her hit If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too) and playing guitar when she appears to be hit near the eye. Many believe it may have been some kind of bracelet that struck her. Kelsea quickly turned her back to the audience and her band members came to her assistance, but the injury was bad enough she had to walk off stage for a few minutes!

Thankfully, it doesn’t appear as if she was severely injured since she was able to continue the show after a brief break. Still, this is so concerning! See the scary moment (below)!

But throwing things on stage where artists are already so vulnerable is NOT the move. If you can’t hand it to her, there are so many other options. Lord, give it to us! We will make sure it gets to her. But PLEASE don’t put her in danger like this. Again, I know you all mean well, but this is becoming a safety issue. We love you guys. We do. But please make it stop.”

They added later in the night:

“What we know at this point is that she is back on stage and okay. But please know that if you do this, you’re the reason why we can’t have caps on our water bottles.”

Kelsea is just the latest artist to be hurt while performing. Earlier this month, Bebe Rexha was performing in NYC when she was struck in the face by a cell phone! She had to be rushed to the hospital and the alleged attacker, who thought it “would be funny” to throw the phone, was arrested and charged with assault.

Then just days later fellow pop star Ava Max was slapped by a rogue fan who rushed her stage! WTF!

Pink has also been receiving unexpected gifts on stage, including a bag of a fan’s late mother’s ashes which was tossed to her. Fortunately, there were no injuries in this case, but it just goes to show that concertgoers are really starting to encroach on musicians’ already vulnerable spaces. KT Smith, Morgan’s ex and the mother to the former couple’s nearly 3-year-old son, had adopted a Great Pyrenees dog named Legend a little over a year ago. But sadly, something went horribly wrong on Sunday, and the dog bit Indigo in the face!

KT took to her Instagram Stories with a long series of videos on Monday to confirm the incident, which happened at her Tennessee home. She reported Indigo was rushed to the hospital to get stitches to deal with the bite. Thankfully, beyond a little bit of scarring, it sounds like the boy will be fine in the long run. Still, what a scary ordeal…

In her long series of IG videos posted about the incident, the country crooner’s ex first said of Legend:

“Yesterday, he bit Indigo in the face, and he had to have stitches. We spent the morning in the emergency room. And since then, we have been looking for options. I just couldn’t bring myself to do what everyone else says, and what you’re supposed to do, apparently.”

She went on to add that she did not want to put Legend down after the incident. Instead, she was hoping that some family somewhere around Nashville could come forward to take the dog:

“What the world tells you to do is put the dog down, because they are aggressive. I’ve gone back and forth with that, and I knew he does not deserve that, because he is wonderful. He could do really great with a family that doesn’t have small children, and maybe just has, like, a lot of land, and won’t be crawled over, and stuff like that.”

KT then added:

“I don’t want him to go to a kill shelter, either, and shelters are full, so I figured I could ask you guys if you knew of anywhere that wasn’t a shelter. I don’t think he deserves a shelter, either, because he came from trauma being left on the side of the road for months.”

Ugh. So sad.

Amazingly, she then gave out her work cell phone number on her public Instagram account.

Knowing she would attract a lot of unwanted attention for it, the concerned momma explained that she simply cared too much for Indigo and Legend not to do it. Harassment aside, she just wanted the best for each of them no matter what:

“If anyone is in the Nashville area or surrounding, and is able to give him a home today, I know that is a huge ask, but please send me a text. … He does need to have a new home before Indigo gets home.”

Wow.

She shared multiple pictures and videos of Legend on her IG Stories while trying to find a place for him to live, as well:

In a later video, she also confirmed Indigo is “OK” and will be dealing with “minimum” scarring now in the days after the scary incident:

“Indigo is OK. His scar will be at a minimum. He did have stitches, but he’ll be OK.”

Then, thankfully, good news came very late on Monday night. In an update, KT confirmed that Legend has been adopted out to a new family that lives in exactly the kind of set-up she was hoping for: a rural location with lots of outdoor space.

She wrote in a new message:

“just wanted to update you guys but also thank you all for all of the help and support. we just dropped legend off with the sweetest family where he will be living out his full potential and best life on a farm.”

And she continued:

“i couldn’t have asked for a better family for him to be loved on by and they’re east tennesseans so we can visit any time we need to. thank you guys again, for helping but for also crying with me and lifting me up.”

Thank goodness for that, at least. Honestly, everything sucks here. It’s obviously traumatic to have a loved one bitten by a dog — especially a small, defenseless child. And it’s equally heartbreaking to give up the dog you’ve fallen in love with in a situation like this. Ugh.

At least it sounds like Legend will live out the rest of his long life in a place that is perfect for him. Here’s hoping for the best for everyone involved!

As you know, the Firework songstress has been taking quite the amount of heat from American Idol fans this season. Katy has been painted as a bully by this season, with controversies like when she allegedly “mom-shamed” a contestant who later quit the show, and when fans claimed she rudely ignored another contestant when her “favorite” was voted off. And that’s just some of the stuff she’s been called out for — the Dark Horse songstress has been seriously facing a lot of backlash this season!

She’s been caught up in so much drama — but her fellow judge and country singer is taking up for her amid all the backlash! Over the weekend at CMA Fest, the 46-year-old musician took Katy’s side when asked about the harsh criticism she’s been facing:

“Katy Perry’s been dealing with stuff like that her whole career. We all get it … I mean we’re judging kids that people at home fall in love with … We’re not gonna bat 1,000 as judges.”

It’s a good point. In the old days folks cheered on (or at least loved to hate) Simon Cowell roasting wannabe singers. These days everyone is a lot more sensitive to emotional abuse.

Luke went on to say he feels like the AI judges are “set up” for online punishment:

“My thing is, I think when me and Lionel and Katy sit down at the desk, in our hearts, we’re doing the best we can.”

So why is Katy the only one seen as mean? Luke thinks the Roar singer gets singled out because she’s just “trying to have fun” while filming:

“Katy gets picked on for going out and trying to have fun making a TV show … You can’t be so safe in the moment that you’re so homogenized, you can’t ever go for a joke. Or go for a fun moment … Sometimes, you just gotta say stuff. It may be my year, next year.”

The Play It Again singer commended the 38-year-old for this, though, saying that people in the industry are “conditioned” and “calloused” to the online hate like this:

Last week, the country music superstar was thrust into the limelight for a totally different reason than what he’s usually doing on stage. This firestorm started after the Oklahoma-born legend stated he will serve Bud Light in his new Nashville bar, Friends In Low Places.

Of course, Bud Light has been under fire from conservatives and right-wingers in recent weeks after it partnered with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney in a now-infamous viral social media post. Anti-trans Republicans have been slamming the beer brand and threatening boycotts over its alignment with an LGBT star. You know, because of her existence. That’s where we’re at.

The Friends In Low Places singer got caught up in that mess last Wednesday when he spoke about his new Tennessee drinking establishment during Billboard Country Live. When asked if he would serve Bud Light at the new bar, Trisha Yearwood‘s husband said:

“We’re going to serve every brand of beer. We are. We just are. It’s not our decision to make.”

Just when you thought he was going to be disappointingly wishy-washy to keep his country base happy, he added:

“Our thing is this: If you come into this house, love one another. If you’re an a**hole, there are plenty of other places on Lower Broadway to go.”

Seems simple enough, right? It’s a bar, y’all! The dude just wants to serve beer!

Well, sadly, right wing activists and online personalities descended on Garth in the days after he made that statement. Even Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz slammed Brooks for the pro-Bud Light stance, calling the country crooner’s decision “insulting.” You know today’s Republican party– they’re over all the woke B.S. like “be nice to each other” and “love thy neighbor.”

Anyways, on Monday Garth addressed the issue head-on, in the most PERFECT way!

In speaking on his livestream show Inside Studio G, not only did the 61-year-old singer reaffirm his decision to serve Bud Light, he laid out perfectly and succinctly the importance of inclusiveness! Acknowledging how his comments last week cause “quite a little bit of stir,” the Tulsa native first said:

“Everybody’s got their opinions. But inclusiveness is always going to be me. I think diversity is the answer to the problems that are here and the answer to the problems that are coming. So I love diversity. All inclusive, so all are welcome. I understand that might not be other people’s opinions, but that’s OK, man.”

We mean, it’s not OK. It’s absolutely not OK to think people don’t deserve to live because of their sexuality or gender or race or nationality. But we get how he’s trying to keep it civil.

He went on to explain his new bar would be open to absolutely everybody regardless of their background or political beliefs:

“So, here’s the deal, man, if you want to come to Friends in Low Places, come in. But come in with love, come in with tolerance, patience. Come in with an open mind, and it’s cool. And if you’re one of those people that just can’t do that, I get it. If you ever are one of those people that want to try, come.”

Embattled country musician Jimmie Allen is being sued by a second woman who is accusing him of sexual assault. And the details of this new case against the recording artist are very, very concerning — to say the least.

As we reported last month, the country star was accused of rape, sexual abuse, and harassment by his former manager. At the time, Allen apologized to his now-estranged wife Alexis Gale for having carried on a years-long affair with the unidentified woman. But he denied any alleged rape or abuse had taken place, instead calling the activities consensual.

Now, the 37-year-old singer is facing a shocking new sexual assault lawsuit from a second woman.

On Friday, per Variety, a woman identified in court documents only as “Jane Doe 2” filed suit in federal court in Tennessee. In that suit, the woman claims she was “randomly” approached by the Delaware-born singer on an airplane last May. They struck up a conversation and continued to talk in the weeks after.

Quickly, the suit claims, the country singer became “engaged in daily communication” with her via phone. Then, after several months of long-distance chatting, the pair agreed to meet in Las Vegas late last summer. It was in a hotel room there, the anonymous plaintiff alleges, that she was sexually assaulted by Allen.

According to the lawsuit, the unnamed plaintiff had persistently inquired about his wife prior to their meeting. He allegedly told her he and Gale were already separated — and even talked about a “future together” with the now-accuser:

“Over time, Allen expressed his love for her and told her he could see a future together. He told her he wanted to have children together and that he could see she would make a good stepmother for his children… Plaintiff inquired on several occasions about Allen’s wife, but Allen assured her that he and his wife were separated.”

So sketchy… but it gets worse.

After accompanying the singer on some “business appearances” around Sin City in which he supposedly introduced the woman as his “girlfriend,” she says she was brought back to Allen’s hotel suite.

There, per the suit, the unnamed woman at first consented to having sex with the singer. However, she allegedly told Allen that she was “not on birth control,” and thus requested he use a condom:

“He told her he would respect her request. Yet, as their encounter progressed, Allen penetrated Plaintiff during sex with his penis and without a condom. Allen told Plaintiff he wanted to get her pregnant. Plaintiff said no… He refused.”

At that point, the suit claims Jane Doe 2 “repeatedly” asked Allen to stop and “verbally revoked” consent. However, “he still continued” despite her requests to end the encounter. Horrible.

Then, after the alleged assault, Allen “immediately” passed out on the bed. But the terror apparently didn’t end there. Per the newly-filed court docs, as the woman was trying to leave following the awful experience, she noticed the singer’s phone propped up in a closet — it was on, recording video of the encounter. That was also being done without her consent.

The lawsuit reads:

“Allen sexually assaulted Jane Doe 2 in his hotel room and then passed out. Extremely upset by the assault, Jane Doe 2 was leaving the hotel room when she discovered that Allen had surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed and had been videotaping the entire event. … [She] panicked when she discovered that Allen had recorded her undressing, and had recorded their sexual encounter and his assault on her… Crying, shaking, and in a panic, Plaintiff took the phone with her.”

OMG!

To clarify, the suit also states the woman did not request at any point that their encounter be videotaped:

“However, at no time did Allen disclose that he intended to or was video recording their sexual encounter, nor did he ask Plaintiff if she consented to him video recording their sexual encounter.”

Shaken, the woman grabbed Allen’s cell phone, fled the room, and left the hotel. With the help of a friend who she called in the moments after fleeing, the woman found a new hotel in the city and booked a room for herself.

Later, after flying home from Las Vegas, she took the signer’s cell phone to her local police department. Those detectives then forwarded the woman’s allegations, statements, and evidence to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for further investigation.

Elizabeth Fegan, a Chicago-based attorney with FeganScott, is currently representing Jane Doe 2. Fegan also represents the ex-manager involved in last month’s aforementioned lawsuit, as well. The attorney told Variety that, in this case, Vegas detectives have already been in contact with her client. For now, as the police investigation is ongoing, Jane Doe 2’s lawsuit is going after Allen for “battery, assault, invasion of privacy and emotional distress.”

In fact, Jane Doe 2’s lawsuit actually came about because of the first suit filed by the ex-manager last month. The woman’s aforementioned friend saw Allen had been sued for rape and convinced Doe to come forward, too. Fegan noted to Variety how it’s significant to see Allen now has two allegations against him:

“A predator can only have two defenses: one is consent, and one is that it didn’t happen. The more women that come forward, the more they can’t claim it didn’t happen, and the less likely it is that it’s consensual. It shows a pattern of deceit, manipulation and ultimately, a pattern of force.”

The lawyer also added this unsettling statement at the end of her interview with the news outlet:

“We have spoken to more women, and I expect that there will be more lawsuits.”

Whoa…

In a candid social media post on Thursday, the country musician apologized to his wife for having an affair amid a sexual assault lawsuit brought against him by his former manager.

This apology comes weeks after Jimmie and his ex Alexis Gale filed for divorce last month while simultaneously announcing the pregnancy of their third child together, who is expected later this year. They both filed paperwork on the same day, April 28, citing irreconcilable differences.

In a text-only Instagram post, the 37-year-old acknowledged:

“I want to publicly apologize to my wife Alexis for humiliating her with my affair. I’m embarrassed that my choices have brought shame on her. That’s something that she did not deserve at all.”

He also addressed his kids, Naomi Bettie, 3, Zara James, 19 months, and their yet-to-be-born baby boy, writing:

“I also want to apologize to my children for being a poor example of a man and a father. I’m working on becoming a better person that my kids can be proud of. My goal is to be better than the generation before me.”

The Best Shot crooner then tried to provide an explanation excuse for the affair, concluding:

“The business takes so much from you. It’s full of temptations that can cripple you and ruin everything you’ve built. I’m ashamed that I wasn’t strong enough to withstand them. I will no longer be a victim of my weaknesses. I challenge everyone to seek help when they need it. Do not be afraid of your weakness, surround yourself with people that WILL help you. Be Blessed.”

This post marks his first formal response to the lawsuit — though he has a very different version of the story.

News of the lawsuit broke the same day the former couple filed for divorce. In the filing, his 25-year-old former manager, who filed anonymously, alleged he raped her, abused her, and sexually harassed her multiple times — all under the eye of his management team, who allegedly knew about his behavior and let it happen anyway.

While denying all the accusations, Jimmie told People on Thursday the relationship was consensual, arguing:

“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever.”

He continued:

“I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.”

Alexis has stayed fairly quiet about the controversy, including making her IG account private. That said, earlier this month, she did post a cryptic message, saying:

“Continue the chaos while I heal in peace. My Instagram isn’t a help line so please stop messaging me about any third parties.”

Meanwhile, earlier this week, Jimmie wrote on his story:

“We gonna be alright. This too shall pass.”

The legendary performer co-hosted the 2023 ACM Awards on Thursday night alongside fellow country singer Garth Brooks. And while Garth tried to keep things professional during the event in Frisco, Texas, Dolly felt differently — and had a lot of fun needling the longtime singer!

During the award show’s opening monologue, which streamed via Amazon Prime on Thursday evening, Garth paid homage to some of the GOATs (Greatest Of All Time, duh) in country music.

He name-dropped Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash, George Jones, George Strait, Randy Travis, AND the woman co-hosting with him that night:

“That female is in the house tonight! Dolly Parton!”

As Garth called up Dolly, she walked out on stage dragging a literal goat behind her in a wagon! To Brooks and the crowd, Parton quipped:

“Did I hear you say you were looking for a goat? I think someone needs to come take her baaack! That was such a baaad joke.”

LOLz!

The Wildflowers singer wasn’t done there, though. Her jokes turned sexual as she acknowledged her infamously, ummm, ample bosom and added:

“People were saying little old me were two of the biggest stars in country music. I’m milking it.”

Parton then continued, joking she was the hall pass for both Garth and his longtime wife Trisha Yearwood:

“I saw you online telling all those nice people out there that I’m your hall pass. And that I’m Trisha’s hall pass too!”

And then she finished in a flourish, quipping that “GOAT” actually had an ulterior meaning:

“Garth Organize A Threesome!”

Ha!!!

Brooks was left understandably speechless for a moment, before saying this when he got control of himself:

“I thought I couldn’t love you anymore! I’m blushing to be working with Dolly.”

Then, when asked about Dolly being both her AND Brooks’ “hall pass,” the She’s In Love With The Boy singer jokingly added:

“Yes. Everybody loves Dolly. We love Dolly so much.”
