Many Bravo watchers have called the 42-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star a “hypocrite” over the past few days. Why is that? During her Two Ts In A Pod podcast episode on Friday, Teddi declared that she would not talk about one of the biggest stories in Housewives lately – Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s marriage troubles. She said on the show:

“We have one more ‘Housewives’ headline you guys, I’m sure, are expecting me to cover. Clearly, I have a lot of anxiety, I’ve gotten a lot of messages since I’ve been gone. I’ve been on vacation.”

Teddi explained that she and her co-host Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge did a Q&A for the podcast, and there were tons of questions about the situation with Kyle and Mauricio. But as we said, don’t expect her to answer anything! Her lips are sealed out of respect for her friendship with the Halloween Kills actress! She told listeners:

“I just wanted to say that we came up with the decision — myself, Tamra, iHeart, my producers — that everybody has their boundaries, and this is mine. Kyle and Mauricio and their kids are like my family. I love them so much. I understand exactly what my job is here on this podcast and it’s to go down all the rabbit holes. And I think 99 percent of the time, that’s quite easy for me because it’s people I don’t know.”

But this time, Teddi said she needed to “bow out” from the conversation surrounding the couple’s drama:

“I hope those of you as humans understand that when it comes to true friendship, this is more than just ‘Housewives’ or scandal or drama. This is one of my best friends.”

Well, this came as a disappointment to many fans since Teddi no doubt has the tea about what’s going on with Kyle and Mauricio right now. But more than that, they were upset at the reality star’s loyalty since she had zero issues about discussing other Housewives stars divorces or family drama in the past:

“I get Teddi is besties with Kyle and feels compromised but equally it’s a massive HW story that she’d have no problem discussing if it was another cast member – if you’re going to do the job you need to mention it all”

“That is hypocritical. You talk about EVERONE else on your podcast and you talk about personal knowledge as long as it gives you ratings and makes you & your friends look good. You have said some personal messes up stuff about people. But NOW you draw a line in the sand.”

“I get Teddi and Kyle are friends. I do. But Teddi makes her living off gossiping about others. Dissecting every other HW marriage. To do otherwise after proclaiming how seriously she takes her job is a bigger joke than Teddi was as a HW #RHOBH”

However, others did defend Teddi against the online hate. Many even praised her for being a “true friend” to Kyle while she is going through a tough time in her marriage:

While Kyle was attempting to take off in her black Range Rover on Friday night, she was approached by paparazzi, who asked her a bunch of questions about her current situation. Per a video obtained by Page Six, a videographer asked about the nature of her relationship with Morgan, to which she responded:

“We are very good friends.”

But that person wasn’t satisfied with her answer! When someone asked if the affair with the 28-year-old singer was “just a rumor,” she bluntly said, “Yes.” However, the paps weren’t backing down, questioning her about their matching tattoos. Pointing to her best friend and former co-star Teddi Mellencamp in the passenger seat, she replied:

“We have matching tattoos, too. [Wade’s] not the only one I have a matching tattoo with.”

Taylor Swift brought back her tradition of hosting an iconic Fourth of July party with a few of her closet celebrity friends this year, and it appeared she had a ball! On Friday, the 33-year-old superstar took to social media to drop some images of the festivities, revealing she spent the day with her longtime friends Selena Gomez and Haim sisters Alana Haim, Este Haim, and Danielle Haim. Also in attendance were stylist Ashley Avignone and model Sydney Ness – who is rumored to be in a relationship with Taylor’s brother Austin Swift, per Nylon.

In the pictures, the group could be seen posing together during the party, which appeared to be at the songstress’ estate in Rhode Island. The polaroid shots also showed the ladies drinking wine and singing in the middle of the kitchen with wooden spoon as their microphones. The Melrose Place alum concerned friends and fans last week when she was spotted acting erratically after an appointment at an office building in Malibu. In photos and videos, she could be seen walking along the edge of a building, reading a journal, and talking to herself out loud for about an hour until she ran across the street and got in the car, where a man believed to be her fiancé, Chris Heisser, had been waiting patiently.

It was certainly an odd sight, and one made more troublesome when sources came out of the woodwork to claim she was back to drinking again and had lost 40 pounds while taking the diabetes-turned-weight-loss drug Ozempic. Now, more insiders are speaking out about the 61-year-old’s health at the moment, including an insider close to the star and her husband-to-be who told Us Weekly on Wednesday:

“She has been drinking and told friends over a month ago she wanted to go back to rehab. But she is not in rehab.”

Hmm. We suppose it’s good Heather realizes she needs help, but the next best thing would be to actually check into a treatment center.

The insider went on to say The Perfect Man lead “hasn’t left her home” recently “except for a few sightings,” including the aforementioned June 29 Malibu incident. On this, an eyewitness revealed:

“It was very strange behavior to be sure, kind of shocking. She seemed to be talking to herself, 100 percent. God knows what was going on. At one point she ran across the road making all those funny faces, then she went back and sat by herself. And why she was walking along the wall with flip-flops on? That was a seriously steep drop. If she’d fallen it would have been seriously dangerous.”

So sad…

As mentioned, Heather has had many struggles with addiction and mental health over the years — some of which landed her in legal trouble. In 2018, she was arrested twice for allegedly attacking police officers, and she almost had to go to jail for 120 days but she was able to avoid time behind bars by checking into a treatment program and remaining on probation for three years.

In November 2018, she was also placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold after reports she allegedly assaulted Chris and her therapist believed she was having a mental breakdown. Per other reports, she’s been to rehab 20 times throughout her life. So, she’s had her fair share of struggles, but things seemed to be turning a new leaf in April 2020 when she celebrated one year of sobriety, writing on Instagram at the time:

“Hugs will come later! 1 year sober today!!!”

Now, though, not everyone in her inner circle believes she ever really quit drinking. A confidant mused:

“Friends say she may never have quit drinking after a judge ordered unsupervised probation in 2019. She didn’t have any oversight so no one knows if she ever stopped drinking, even back then.”

Because of her addiction, she has sadly had many falling outs with pals in recent years, two other insiders confirmed. Another elaborated:

“Heather’s loved ones are seriously worried about her and hoping this serves as a wake-up call to get help. Everyone’s trying to get to the bottom of exactly what’s going on — not just on the day those photos were taken but in general, because it’s very clear something’s not right.”

Thankfully, she does have her family on her side during this challenging time, including her 25-year-old daughter Ava, whom she shares with her ex-husband Richie Sambora. They are said to be worried, which is very understandable considering all they’ve witnessed. We are sending positive thoughts Heather’s way and hope she gets help soon!

TMZ stopped the 55-year-old in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, and she dropped a BOMBSHELL! NeNe was asked what she thought about her former Real Housewives of Atlanta costar’s messy divorce from Kroy Biermann. Surprisingly, she revealed she’d recently reached out to her sworn enemy — and they actually talked for a while! AWESOME news! We love that they were able to squash their beef!

But on the sadder side of things, the Bravo star said she couldn’t actually tell how the mom of six was doing amid the split:

“I don’t know how she’s doing overall. I just reached out to her because she reached out to me during the time when I was really going through something. I would have to think she’s taking it hard. It’s divorce. It’s not easy.”

So Kim reached out to NeNe when she lost her husband Gregg??

As we previously reported, the fashion designer’s husband Gregg sadly lost his battle with colon cancer in late 2021 at only 66. In a birthday tribute last year, NeNe expressed how much she missed her hubby on Instagram, writing in a heartbreaking post:

“I feel like you went somewhere and you’ll be back.”

So, so sad. She clearly needed all the support she could get — we’re just floored to learn Kim was one of those shoulders to cry on!

It seems like even though these two have such a rough history, they know when to step back and take things seriously! It’s shocking to hear that they’re each other’s support system, for sure, but it’s wonderful they’re able to have that relationship, all things considered.

RHOA fans know how bad things got between the two when NeNe filed a lawsuit against the production last year because they allegedly “tolerated — if not, encouraged” Kim’s “racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior.” The suit claimed she used racial slurs against NeNe as well as some of her other Black co-stars. The legal docs (which were dropped just four months after they were filed) even claimed Kim called NeNe’s house a “roach nest” and suggested she was a drug user. Yikes…

But it sounds like these ladies have always kept their hearts open to one another.

The Sk8er Boi vocalist performed with Marshmello at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn in Sin City on Saturday — and guess who was right by her side? Yup, her ex! No, not that one, her newer ex.

Tyga was reportedly seen chatting and hanging out with the pop punk princess following her performance. Some fans even caught them on camera at the venue and claimed they were seen leaving the show together, per ET.

As mentioned, this apparent work trip comes after the former couple split last month — news that broke on June 20, but a TMZ insider suggested the split happened weeks prior. Supposedly nothing major broke them up; the relationship just ended naturally. At the time, an ET confidant elaborated:

“Tyga and Avril broke up recently. It just didn’t work out and the relationship ran its course. The breakup was a mutual decision and they are friends.”

They’re really leaning into this “just friends” thing — just like they did at the beginning! As Perezcious readers will recall, this whirlwind romance began in April when they first sparked dating speculation. TMZ published photos of the duo hugging after a dinner together but claimed they were simply good friends. Except she also called off her engagement to Mod Sun, in a move he supposedly didn’t see coming at all. All signs pointed to more than friendship with Tyga.

The following month it was hard to deny sparks were flying when they were seen in Paris together. They ended up packing on the PDA for pics at the Mugler x Hunter Schafer party, including a kiss on the lips. Inside the party, they were reportedly seen with their arms around each other as they mingled with guests.

It seemed the former skateboarding star was finally on his way to recovery. Things had hit another rock bottom as Bam went missing for a weekend and made some really scary “suicidal threats” online and to family members. But after his 5150 psychiatric hold ended, it seemed like things were finally looking up. Bam’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd was even letting him talk to his son Phoenix again, which was supposedly motivating him to get better!

After he was in communication with his little boy, it seemed as though something changed. He even started a detox at one of the Odom Wellness Treatment Centers, which was an amazing sign. But last weekend we learned the 43-year-old left the rehabilitation center early — and we’ve been waiting ever since for the other shoe to drop.

In case you missed it, back on June 19 Bam reportedly ditched the San Diego rehab center, according to TMZ. And NOT at the completion of his program. The outlet was told by a close insider that he didn’t want to complete the detox. Lamar once again tried to convince him to go back into the treatment center, but to no avail. He did get Bam to stay with him personally rather than run away, but it didn’t last. The Jackass star stayed with Lamar for no more than three days, then split with friends.

According to the outlet, the TV personality was spotted at a restaurant in Malibu then ultimately headed to Las Vegas. It was unclear who was going to be spending that Sin City trip with him, but according to Lamar, whoever it was must be bad news.

In an interview with the publication on Friday, he said of Bam’s friends and lifestyle:

“Who you surround yourself with is critical. We are the company we keep.”

Oof.

He’s right, though. According to FHE Health, when dealing with addiction, your personal relationships — your support system — is the “single most important thing” in recovery. The addiction treatment center says one bad or unsupportive relationship in your life has the power to push you right back into drugs or alcohol, no matter how far you’ve gotten. Such a heartbreaking reality…

Bam has been trying for years to get clean and stay sober, but so far it just seems like one struggle after another for him. We were hopeful his son would finally be the motivator he needed, but as of now it’s all in his hands, and it looks like his priority was partying in Vegas.

The 64-year-old queen of pop was briefly hospitalized over the weekend after falling ill with a “serious bacterial infection.” The good news is that she is already back home and resting, per doctor’s orders, but her condition sounds very severe. According to some sources, the infection reportedly grew worse as Madonna chose to ignore her month-long symptoms and focus all her energy on prepping for her upcoming tour — putting in 12-hour days and working until 3:30 in the morning!

On Friday, a friend of the Queen of Pop’s told Page Six that Madonna “has always been a perfectionist” when it comes to her work, sharing:

“She is the one constantly pushing herself, but she has to realize that, while she is as good as the people she is working with, many of them are a fraction of her age and without her history of injuries. […] Of course, there are other acts older than her still on the road, but they aren’t dancing and performing like she does.”

That said, the insider stressed that the kind of infection Madonna contracted was NOT due to the rehearsals, saying:

“But while this sort of illness could affect anyone of any age — and she certainly did not bring this on herself — it is also a reminder that she is as human and as frail as the rest of us.”

Madonna, on the other hand, seems to think she’s invincible. Or she did before she got sick! Some sources told the outlet the Material Girl artist was insisting on longer rehearsals, even against the better judgment of those around her.

Discussing why the tour is so important to the Grammy winner, her bestie dished:

“She knows how much her fans [have] been looking forward to this retrospective tour — it’s sold out around the world — and she wanted to give them her best. Seeing how well the tickets had sold had really motivated her because it showed how much people wanted to see her. She really led the way for shows which were as aesthetically entertaining as musically and she doesn’t want to disappoint her fans. But she maybe has to learn that while she has incredible stamina, she demands too much from herself.”

At the end of the day, her fans just want her to be happy and healthy! Her well-being is all that matters now. When the time is right and she is back to full strength again, we have no doubt she’ll put on an incredible concert!! Speaking of, a source close to the production said the rehearsal schedule was actually designed to simulate the hours the performer would be working during the tour. Because of this health challenge, the friend thinks they will need to add more “rest days” into the travels:

“They were going in hard because they wanted to see if she could handle performing most nights — now they are going to have to rethink the whole schedule.”

They added:

“If they need to take more dates out, they will. The most important thing is she recovers well and doesn’t get ill again on the tour.”

In case you need a refresher of the 2017 murder case, 14-year-old Liberty “Libby” German and 13-year-old Abigail “Abby” Williams were dropped off at the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana on February 13 of that year. They were found dead only hours later, and for years police searched for answers with nothing but dead ends. In November of 2022 police were finally able to name a suspect and charged local resident Richard Allen with the murders of the two teens. Now discovering the 50-year-old may be the one who brutally killed these girls was bad enough, but this man wasn’t a stranger to the families! He even helped them print out photos for the girls’ funerals. So, so awful…

And now, as of Wednesday, investigators are saying Allen has openly ADMITTED to the murders “at least five times”! WOW!

According to court docs, the suspect who is being held without bail at Westville Correctional Facility called his wife Kathy Allen on April 3 where he confessed to the killings:

“He admits several times within the phone call that he committed the offenses as charged. His wife, Kathy Allen, ends the phone call abruptly.”

So scary… and he also apparently made the same confessions to his mother! He is well aware these calls are monitored, so if it’s true then it’s like he was intending for police to hear him, right?

Allen’s attorneys were quick to file an emergency motion regarding his allegedly declining mental health. They said he had started “eating” court docs that were sent to him:

“His [Allen’s] mental health has declined to the point where Richard M. Allen has been deprived of his constitutional right to assist in his defense of this case … [He] was wetting down paperwork he had gotten from his attorneys and eating it … He was refusing to eat and refusing to sleep.”

Oddly enough, after this phone call with his wife, the calls seemed to stop:

“He would go days on end refusing to sleep. He further, broke the table that he used for text messages and phone calls … He went from making up to 2 phone calls a day as of April 3, 2023, to not making any phone calls at all.”

He was given a psych evaluation on April 15 where they determined he didn’t need to be involuntarily medicated or moved to a new facility — in fact, after his confession on the phone, his mental health seemed to get BETTER. Which is even more strange, because he’s still pleading not guilty to the crime!

New documents also came out detailing the crime Allen is alleged to have committed itself — and now we finally know the tragic way the two teen girls died. On Wednesday Allen County Judge Frances C. Gull confirmed in newly unsealed docs, and it’s finally been confirmed that the best friends’ deaths were in fact homicides:

“Autopsies of the girls ruled their deaths as homicides and their wounds were caused by a sharp object. They also determined that articles of clothing from the girls were missing from the scene, including a pair of underwear and a sock.”

The documents also revealed that German’s phone was found underneath her body. This phone, in case you don’t recall, is what gave investigators their biggest piece of evidence in the case, as it contained the video in which their alleged murderer could be heard telling them to go “down the hill” to their eventual demise. The man in the video matched the descriptions the girls gave in their video when they called him “kinda creepy.” So chilling…

Judge Gull released 118 documents regarding the case, but left 19 of them still sealed. Allen has been charged with two counts of first degree murder, and his trial is set to begin in January of 2024.

Such a heartbreaking case, but every day we’re getting closer to these poor families getting the justice they deserve. May Libby and Abigail rest in peace.

They’ve had Mr. Feeny, both of Cory Matthews’ parents, even Lisa Loeb on the show — but not Ben?? After spending all that time with the other three — what happened?? In a new profile in Variety, the trio try to explain it all… Oh wait, that’s a different show…

First off, the wedge between them wasn’t immediate. Savage used to spend time with the rest of the cast, doing reunions at conventions and so on. And of course, they all worked together on the sequel series, Girl Meets World.

He was never interested in doing the podcast though. When the co-stars were first batting around the idea, he right away was a hard pass. Danielle recalls:

“He was very adamant that it was not for him. He was also very clear, ‘I don’t want it to stop you. If you guys want to do it, go ahead.’ The time between those conversations and the time we actually started the podcast was a significant amount of time.”

But one day, before the podcast even started, Ben just stopped doing conventions. He stopped talking to the others on the phone — or at all. As his TV wife puts it:

“He just kind of disappeared from our lives.”

The last time she remembers being close with her onscreen love was in the summer of 2019, when she had her first child. He was there for her when her son was born, present in the NICU. They were that good of friends. She recalls:

“We were just so, so close, especially during that time. He was checking in with me regularly.”

Then he just… changed. He dropped off. Frankly, Danielle admits:

“He ghosted us.”

They haven’t spoken to Ben in three years. And they’ve tried.

Ben’s TV big brother has tried the hardest to reach back out, but to no avail. He was just gone. No big dramatic Disney Channel sitcom spat, nothing. Just gone. Will says:

“He disappeared — I wish I knew why, to this day. We didn’t have a fight. There’s no falling out. There was no animosity. He just woke up one day, and decided I don’t want this person in my life anymore.”

It hurt Friedle — and continues to hurt. He recalls:

“I finally sent a text saying, ‘I’ve known you for 30 years, what’s going on?’ I said, ‘I’m gonna call you every day until you tell me not to call you anymore.’ That lasted about three weeks or a month, every single day.”

Man, he really gave them the Banshees of Inisherin treatment. Cold. Will laments:

“I’ve known him since he was 11 years old, and we have a shared history. And we were doing these conventions together, and we were getting to know each other as adults, and then he just kind of went, I’m done with you.”

The Batman Beyond star hasn’t spoken much about the “sore subject” but confesses he eventually was shown reason by his wife:

“I tried and tried and tried for months, until finally my wife was like, ‘Why are you doing this to yourself? He obviously doesn’t want you in his life.'”

And he gave up on his old friend.

Danielle is a bit more optimistic about the friendship one day being healed. She says:

“If there’s anything this podcast has taught me, it’s that everyone is on their own journey and having their own experiences that can be perceived many different ways, depending on your POV. Speaking for myself, Ben and I may be estranged right now and we may have our complaints about each other, but I will always love Ben and want what’s best for him. I don’t think this is the end of our story — but time will tell.”

Ben Savage would not provide Variety with a quote for the profile. What we do know about the former child star these days is he has aspirations far from his Hollywood roots. About 2,670 miles away — in Washington, DC. He’s running for Congress, in Los Angeles’ 30th District. Maybe he just doesn’t think anyone will take him seriously if he’s doing podcasts or appearing at conventions?

Then again, we’re not sure we could vote for someone who was willing to give up his lifelong friends so easily for his political ambitions. Seems like a real Cory Matthews lesson to us.
