She and her siblings must be so thrilled their parents are staying together! But what led them to make that decision? Well, we’re getting some answers! A source revealed to Page Six on Friday night that Kim and Kroy were in a good place agains, so she terminated her divorce filing:

“They’ve been working on things. They’ve been talking more lately and getting along, so she decided to call it off.”

Now, talk about a HUGE surprise with that statement! We’re talking about the two people who accused each other of everything from: gambling addictions, drug problems, mental abuse, kidnapping, and more over the past few months. So that doesn’t seem like they were “getting along,” at least to us!

Meanwhile, an insider shared with Us Weekly that the couple are “doing the best for their kids” and are “getting along at the moment.” However, the source mentioned that “Lord only knows what will happen” and “Tomorrow might be different.” Yeesh, they don’t seem sure that Kroy and Kim will work things out!

According to Us Weekly on Thursday, a source shared that the former couple is “determined” to put their six children — Kaia, Kane, KJ, Kash, Brielle, and Ariana – first despite what’s going on with their bitter divorce! They explained:

“Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else. That’s their No. 1 priority no matter what and what will help them co-parent moving forward. Regardless of how they feel about each other, they’re determined to remain amicable when it comes to their kids.”

That’s great to hear they can agree on at least one thing. But Kim and Kroy may want to work on the amicable part because their breakup has been anything but so far!

Ever since they filed for divorce in May, the pair have been extremely nasty while exchanging back-and-forth accusations about each other. This includes claims about alleged gambling addictions, drug problems, mental abuse, and kidnapping. On top of the allegations against each other, they’ve also been dealing with some serious financial troubles. Kim and Kroy owe the IRS over $1 million and $15k to their home state of Georgia in unpaid taxes. And that’s only the start of their problems. Later, the two were also each sued by two different companies over unpaid bills.

Yeesh. Things aren’t looking good for Kim and Kroy! It’s definitely been a messy situation. However, they only have themselves to blame for it! Nevertheless, their split has been sad to watch play out, especially when you think about how their kids must be affected by this drama.

Despite how nasty they’ve been toward each other lately, the parents seem to be putting in the extra effort to play nice in front of their kids. They were spotted for the first time together, walking side by side with their children into church on Sunday. The Zolciak-Biermann crew also went to a local bakery later on. At least they are trying! And it’s a step in the right direction toward hopefully a solid co-parenting situation between Kim and Kroy in the future. TMZ stopped the 55-year-old in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, and she dropped a BOMBSHELL! NeNe was asked what she thought about her former Real Housewives of Atlanta costar’s messy divorce from Kroy Biermann. Surprisingly, she revealed she’d recently reached out to her sworn enemy — and they actually talked for a while! AWESOME news! We love that they were able to squash their beef!

But on the sadder side of things, the Bravo star said she couldn’t actually tell how the mom of six was doing amid the split:

“I don’t know how she’s doing overall. I just reached out to her because she reached out to me during the time when I was really going through something. I would have to think she’s taking it hard. It’s divorce. It’s not easy.”

So Kim reached out to NeNe when she lost her husband Gregg??

As we previously reported, the fashion designer’s husband Gregg sadly lost his battle with colon cancer in late 2021 at only 66. In a birthday tribute last year, NeNe expressed how much she missed her hubby on Instagram, writing in a heartbreaking post:

“I feel like you went somewhere and you’ll be back.”

So, so sad. She clearly needed all the support she could get — we’re just floored to learn Kim was one of those shoulders to cry on!

It seems like even though these two have such a rough history, they know when to step back and take things seriously! It’s shocking to hear that they’re each other’s support system, for sure, but it’s wonderful they’re able to have that relationship, all things considered.

RHOA fans know how bad things got between the two when NeNe filed a lawsuit against the production last year because they allegedly “tolerated — if not, encouraged” Kim’s “racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior.” The suit claimed she used racial slurs against NeNe as well as some of her other Black co-stars. The legal docs (which were dropped just four months after they were filed) even claimed Kim called NeNe’s house a “roach nest” and suggested she was a drug user. Yikes…

But it sounds like these ladies have always kept their hearts open to one another.

Good thing for Kim, as she needs all the help she can get right now! We’ve been keeping you up to date with all things Kim and Kroy, and it’s been a wild ride. Adding to their seemingly endless financial burdens, this time Kim Zolciak is being sued by retail giant Target — and they’re not cutting her any slack! According to legal docs obtained by TMZ on Friday, the bullseye has their sights set on the Bravolebrity for an unpaid credit card bill. Yeah, it’s sad to say we aren’t surprised to read that…

Via Target National Bank, the bank that does all of Target’s financial work with their RedCard credit cards, Kim allegedly didn’t pay off a nearly $2.5k bill! Even though that seems like a puny amount compared to the $1 million she and Kroy allegedly owe the IRS, to them it’s 2500 bucks! So yeah the corporation is still taking her to court over it! And they mean business!

The docs state the Real Housewives of Atlanta star got a RedCard membership way back in 2007, and only recently faltered on the bill, with her last payment of $500 being back in September 0f 2022. Now, just two months shy of a year without payments, Target wants to know where their money is. The bank tried to settle the matter by demanding her payments, but when that didn’t work, they pulled the trigger and went to court. Now they’re after Kim for the entire $2,482.24 balance PLUS interest… yeesh.

This news breaks just DAYS after we reported Kroy is getting sued, too! The former NFL linebacker got his Rolls Royce repoed after he missed his lease payments, and then things only got worse when Sky Warrior filed a suit against him. Allegedly, he has a $52.5k unpaid credit from Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas — which really makes Kim’s $2.5k bill look laughable in comparison! And he’s been getting on her case about the spending…

But just like his estranged wife, rather than tackling the issue head on, he allegedly left the casino without paying! Sky Warrior tried their best to get their money back, but to no avail — and now they’ve decided to sue him for the entire amount he owes plus interest AND attorney’s fees.

Funny these lawsuits hitting both Kim and Kroy at the same time — while they’re too busy blaming each other for all the financial problems!

By now you know he and Kim Zolciak have been struggling with their finances lately. The former couple allegedly owes the IRS over $1 million to the IRS and $15,000 to their home state of Georgia in unpaid taxes. Most recently, the former NFL star had his Rolls-Royce repossessed after not making payments on his lease. Yikes. Of course, Kroy blamed The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and her gambling problem for the embarrassing development. As his lawyer previously put it:

“When it comes to finances, Kim is detached from reality; every month Kroy has to scratch enough money together to pay the mortgage to save the home from going into foreclosure; they are getting collection notices and now, lawsuits on behalf of creditors. Kim continues to spend money on online gambling, wine, and things that are NOT necessities, but luxuries. Well, now they have one less luxury item.”

Damn, the shade! Between their financial struggles and nasty divorce, things have been nothing but chaos for the Zolciak and Biermann family. And it’s only gotten more complicated.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, the 37-year-old has been sued by Sky Warrior. Why? They are taking legal action against Kroy over an unpaid line of credit that he took out while he was at the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas. He allegedly received a $100,000 line of credit to use at the casino during a November 2021 trip. The company claimed he only ended up using $52,500 to gamble at the establishment but never paid them back despite promising he had the funds in his bank account. Oh, Kroy…

Instead of paying his debt, the Don’t Be Tardy alum just left the casino. Since then, Sky Warrior – which handles the credit lines for Baha Mar Casino – hasn’t been able to get the cash out of his bank account. And now, they want the money back! The company is suing Kroy for the $52,5000, along with interest and attorney’s fees.

So what does Kroy feel about this lawsuit? He seemingly doesn’t have anything to say about the situation (for now)! When asked by TMZ, Kroy’s attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom that he did not have a comment. Even though the athlete’s lips are sealed right now, we bet he is seething and blaming Kim behind the scenes for this latest debacle!

In the middle of one of the nastiest divorces we’ve seen in a while, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is taking matters into her own hands when it comes to her kids. According to an audio recording of a 911 call obtained by TMZ, the 45-year-old can be heard saying she’s stressed because her husband is losing it — and trying to accuse her friend of kidnapping their son KJ. Um… what!?

Apparently Kim gave permission to her good friend to take her son out to see a rodeo, but Kroy had a problem with it. The former NFL linebacker allegedly started threatening his estranged wife’s friend with legal action — saying he’d get kidnapping charges filed against her for trying to take KJ. Amid this, said friend started freaking out and the poor 12-year-old started to panic and cry.

In the 911 call, which was placed some time earlier this month, the reality TV star said she knew this wasn’t an emergency situation — she just wanted to make police aware of what was going on. She also let them know Kroy had allegedly stolen a bag from her? (Also not an emergency.) She told the dispatcher she was on the way to pick up KJ, and that she’d call back if she needed any extra help, but nothing has come of it since. Police even took note themselves that this was just a call to make them aware of the issue in case something was to happen in the future.

We’re glad KJ was alright, but yeesh! What a mess… These poor kids are going to get so traumatized by the time all this is over…

Innerestingly, Kroy’s point of view tells a different story. Insiders dished to the outlet that the father of six had no idea Kim gave their son permission to leave with the unnamed friend of hers. Even more eyebrow-raising, though, is that according to this source the 37-year-old does not trust the Bravolebrity’s friend AT ALL! They didn’t give any details as to why, but it sounds like he didn’t want his kids alone with them. Apparently he was on edge for more than just one reason.

Oh yeah, and as far as that stolen bag goes, the insider says the former footballer denies stealing any bag from her. We do know she was forced to sell some high-priced bags — with money not going to her but toward their tax bill. Surely that’s not what she meant, right?

This 911 call was a very different case than the previous one between the estranged lovers. We’re sure you remember the domestic dispute they had where Kroy called the police on Kim for not coming out of the bathroom?

On Thursday, she shared a snapshot on her Instagram with reality TV producer Troy VanderHeyden! She wrote:

Oh! “Making moves,” you say?! That sounds VERY promising!

She and her estranged husband currently owe the IRS over $1 million and their home state of Georgia $15k in unpaid taxes. Earlier this year, they almost lost their mansion in a foreclosure auction, too — they were barely able to save their home!

But reality TV is the best medicine for that — and the 45-year-old is ready to come back to our screens! Earlier this month, she teased a return to Real Housewives of Atlanta. She was originally on the Bravo series beginning in 2008 but then left for her own spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding, which was later shortened to just Don’t Be Tardy. The series was canceled in 2021 after eight seasons.

According to TMZ insiders, her appearance on RHOA this season will only be a brief cameo, and it was filmed months before the divorce drama began. Still, now that Kim has so much going on in her personal life, it seems like the perfect time to get cameras rolling and make her big comeback! Kroy might hate it, but if she’s making money to help with their debt, then maybe it would be worth it?

Now, obviously, nothing’s been confirmed yet. For all we know, she could’ve just been having a friendly reunion with her producer friend. We’ll just have to wait and see if this was a secret business meeting!

In a resurfaced tweet from August 2020, Brielle revealed her momma forced her to tag along for a two-hour drive to North Carolina when she was just 20 years old — all so the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum could gamble the night away until the wee hours of the morning!

She wrote in a shady post several summers ago on Twitter:

“one time i was walking out to go to dinner n my mom said get in the car we’re going somewhete [sic] i was like uhhh where? she said shhh secret get in. 2 HOURS LATER we end up at casino in North Carolina:-) i was 20:-) had to stay in the car the whole time:-) we were there til 3 am:-).”

That means she didn’t get home until like 5 a.m., and for what? Why did Brielle have to go if she couldn’t even get into the casino?! Brielle, now 26, was obviously salty about it, which is why she must’ve made it public.

Now, it seems to support her adopted father’s allegations that the reality star is an unfit mother because of her gambling addiction — which he says has “financially devastated” the family. Amid their divorce and child custody battle, Kroy filed a request to force the 45-year-old to undergo a psych evaluation to determine whether she has depression, narcissistic personality disorder, and/or bipolar disorder.

Concerned for their four minor kids, Kroy, Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane, the former NFL player claimed his estranged ex has a “compulsion” to spend “substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance” and that so much of her “time is so consumed with online gambling” that he didn’t think she could properly care for the kids. He is asking for sole physical and legal custody while Kim wants sole physical custody with visitation rights for their dad and joint legal custody.

In another filing, the 37-year-old claimed the children need to be protected from their mother because she has been “abusive” toward him with “little concern” if they are present. A police report obtained by Page Six revealed they got into a confrontation around the time they filed for divorce. Apparently, the Don’t Be Tardy lead had lost a lot of money gambling and her hubby tried to take some of her things (such as designer purses and jewelry) to put toward the costs. She allegedly punched him in the back of the head, but the athlete didn’t want to press charges.

Kim has since clapped back and requested Kroy get a drug test because she allegedly witnessed him smoking marijuana. While they are still living in the same house together, they are no longer speaking directly to each other. They obviously have a lot more to hash out in court as they deal with their legal problems. We hope the kids don’t get dragged into it too much, but from the sounds of Brielle’s tweet, she may have more evidence to share to support Kroy’s side of things… Thoughts? Let us know (below).
